Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision and market demands
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements and roadmap
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including user research, prototyping, and testing
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Act as a product evangelist, providing product knowledge and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX best practices
- Strong business acumen and market research capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
