  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements and roadmap
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including user research, prototyping, and testing
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation
  • Act as a product evangelist, providing product knowledge and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX best practices
  • Strong business acumen and market research capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
